About the Event
Camp Punksylvania is a large outdoor music and camping festival taking place at the West End Fairgrounds in Gilbert, PA. We are looking for dependable, professional, and level-headed security staff to help create a safe and positive environment for attendees, artists, vendors, and crew.
This is a great fit for individuals with experience in:
- Event security
- Crowd management
- Festivals or concerts
- Hospitality or customer service
- Overnight watch or site security
No security license required for all positions, but experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
- Check wristbands and credentials
- Assist with crowd management and guest interaction
- Help maintain a safe, calm festival environment
- Communicate with production staff and emergency personnel when needed
- Overnight campground and equipment watch positions available
Schedule
Festival dates:
- Friday, June 19
- Saturday, June 20
- Sunday, June 21
Shifts available:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
Preference given to applicants available multiple days or full festival weekend.
Requirements
- Must be 21
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods outdoors
- Calm under pressure
- Professional attitude and communication skills
- Must work well with teams and the public
- Lift 75lbs
