JOB SUMMARY: The Pharmacist is responsible for the review and interpretation of physician orders, the dispensing of medications, the clinical monitoring of drug therapies and the provision of accurate and timely drug information while complying with all legal and practice standards. In the absence of the Director of Pharmacy, the Pharmacist may be required to assume the essential responsibilities and perform the duties of the Director. Nights, 9pm - 7am, 7on/7off.

Education, Experience, Training

  • Current pharmacist license from the Texas Board of Pharmacy.
  • Graduate from an accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Sterile IV Preparation Certification as described in the Texas State Board of Pharmacy Laws, Rules, and Regulations.
