Role Description
We're looking for a friendly and experienced Receptionist to join our Lexington, KY office full-time.
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role where you will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitor and handling incoming calls. Additional duties include:
- Prepare outgoing UPS packages and USPS mail
- Receive and distribute incoming packages and mail
- Email correspondence
- Order office supplies
- Maintain employee lists
- Manage company car and conference room schedules
- Log incoming checks
- Book rental car and hotel reservations
- Order food for meetings
- Schedule company car maintenance
- General data entry and record keeping for management and staff
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and handling multiple-line phone systems
- Experience with Receptionist Duties, such as organizing front desk operations and managing schedules
- Strong Clerical Skills, including organization, scheduling, and managing office supply inventories
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated strength in Customer Service, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an architecture or design firm is desirable but not required
