DESIGN ASSOCIATE
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop design solutions in concert with Principles and Project Managers.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and presentation materials for client review.
- Develop and maintain schedules for deliverables across a variety of projects.
- Work with Clients and Project Managers to complete material, finish, and accessory schedules.
- Assist Project Managers with Zoning Analysis, research, development, and permitting.
- Coordinate office activities to secure efficiency.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence.
REQUIREMENTS
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Construction, design or relevant education or training.
- AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Suite
- Excellent organizational skills.
