Home weekends. Your own dedicated truck. If that's what you're looking for, we have open regional positions out of Glendale, AZ for CDL-A drivers of every experience level. The lane runs through Arizona and crosses into surrounding states regularly. Drivers fresh out of trucking school and those with years on the road are both a great fit.
What You'll Earn
Most drivers take home between $1,200 and $1,550 per week, deposited into your account on the same day every week. That works out to $62,400 - $80,600 a year. Here's the full breakdown:
- CPM starts at $0.56 - $0.70 and increases by $0.01 every year
- Performance bonus of up to $0.08 CPM for safe, consistent driving
- Stops, detention, and layovers all come with extra pay
- $300 sign-on bonus once you're on board
Home Time
You're home every weekend. This is a regional lane that crosses into neighboring states, but your weekends are protected regardless. On weeks where the schedule runs long, home time is guaranteed every two weeks. Your route is confirmed before you leave the yard - nothing changes on you mid-trip.
Daily Operations
- Routes run through Arizona and into surrounding states
- Your own dedicated 2024 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission - not shared
- Every truck in the fleet is 2022 or newer, so you're always in current, reliable equipment
- Freight is preloaded when you arrive - dry van, sealed loads, zero dock delays
- Dispatch is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- 21 years of age or older
- 120 hours of trucking school completed
- Clean MVR
- DOT physical and pre-employment drug test required
- Have not been in SAP
