Entry Level CDL A Truck Driver
Eastern Seaboard routes out of Ocoee, FL. We're actively looking for CDL-A drivers at every level of experience to fill regional positions on a lane that runs through Florida and moves primarily along the Eastern Seaboard into neighboring states. Strong pay, dependable freight, and a schedule designed around getting you home. Whether you just got your CDL or you've been logging miles for years, both are welcome. Pay
- Weekly pay: $1,450 - $1,700
- Annual equivalent: $75,400 - $88,400
- CPM rate $0.56 - $0.70
- Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM
- Extra pay for every stop, detention period, and layover
- $300 sign-on bonus
Home Time
- Home on weekends or every two weeks
- Both shifts Day and Night available
- Consistent home time
Daily Operations
- You will run regional routes
- Mileage holds at a consistent level from one week to the next
- Driving a 2024 Freightliner Cascadia with automatic transmission
- Every truck on the lot was built in 2022 or later
- Freight is loaded and staged before you clock in
- Someone from dispatch is always reachable

Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A license
- 21 years of age or older
- 120 hours at a certified trucking school on your record
- MVR clear of any major violations
- DOT physical and pre-employment drug test required before your first run
- Have not been in SAP
