The Law Office of sherlock // anderson, pc is committed to providing quality legal representation while specializing in Family Law. This office handles all levels of family law litigation as well as settlement and mediation services. Most cases are handled in Placer and Sacramento Counties. We are seeking an experienced, friendly and detail oriented receptionist to be the first point of contact. Candidate will have frequent contact with attorneys, legal staff, clients, vendors and courts. Opportunity for advancement within.
This is a full-time position that will require in office working hours. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fun, diverse and fast-paced work environment. This position requires excellent verbal communication skills, organization skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of the support staff team.
To be considered for this position the candidate should possess the following skills/experience:
1. Knowledge of multi line phone systems highly preferred.
2. Law firm experience and knowledge of case management software (i.e. Abacus, Clio, MyCase, etc...) preferred
3. Ability to work independently and take direction when given
4. Willingness to engage in self study and participate in training
5. Reliable transportation
6. Ability to work in a stressful, fast paced environment
7. Strong work ethic and attention to detail
