What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney position at Sherin and Lodgen LLP?
Sherin and Lodgen is actively seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate attorney with 5 or more years of experience to join its Real Estate Department.
Significant experience representing clients with complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, permanent, and refinancing loans and lines of credit on behalf of lenders and/or borrowers as well as experience with purchases and sales, due diligence and leasing is required.
This position is an opportunity to join a sophisticated team of seasoned lawyers working at a high level on fast moving transactions. Exceptional drafting skills and the ability to work independently and take ownership of assignments, respond quickly, and multi-task are all critical.
The associate will be exposed to many transactions involving the hotel and restaurant industries, as well as the lab, retail, office and multifamily sectors.
Qualified applicants will have earned their JD in 2020 or earlier and have attorney experience at a law firm.
Location: Boston, MA; 3-4 days per week in-office, 1-2 days remote
Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000, dependent on years of experience
