Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage them with genuine enthusiasm to understand their jewelry needs and preferences
• Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting craftsmanship, design details, and unique qualities
• Assist customers with selecting perfect jewelry pieces, offering personalized recommendations and upselling when appropriate
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management
• Maintain accurate stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and conducting inventory counts regularly
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about jewelry products, store policies, and promotions
• Ensure the store’s visual merchandising aligns with brand standards to create an appealing shopping environment
• Handle cashiering duties with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during customer interactions

Experience

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred, especially in jewelry or luxury retail environments
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings and customer service excellence
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash handling procedures is essential
• Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
• Strong communication skills to connect confidently with customers and team members alike
• Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising strategies, and stock management practices
