SHIPPING - BACK ISSUE CLERK

Job Summary: Generate back issue orders from receipt through shipment. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receive orders by e-mail, written and verbal correspondence


• Generate mail labels and inventory reports


• Maintain inventory labels and back issues inventory files


• Update back issue inventories and generate customer reports


• Expedite orders received from Account Management


• Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPE’s, Ergonomics, etc.


• Performs job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.


• Assist with housekeeping in Warehouse area


• Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED


• Attention to detail


• Knowledge in MS Word and Excel


• Knowledge of USPS regulations


• Understanding of the Monarch system


• Be able to work independently and meet tight deadlines


• Strong organizational skills

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Previous Shipping experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.


• Ability to stand in place for long periods of time.
