We are seeking a motivated and friendly Tanning Salon Employee to join our team. Duties
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers in selecting tanning packages and products that meet their needs.
- Perform routine sanitization of tanning beds and salon equipment to ensure a safe environment.
- Educate clients on proper tanning techniques and aftercare to enhance their experience.
- Upsell additional services and products to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain the cash register.
- Keep the salon clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Address any client concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
- Knowledge of cosmetology or skincare products is a plus but not required.
- Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell services effectively.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential.
