Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. We are an expanding law firm and title company in Concord, NH. We are real estate professionals that assist clients with buying, selling, and refinancing homes and we offer a friendly and positive work environment.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily law office operations and ensuring efficiency across various administrative tasks and legal research.
Responsibilities
- Assist the attorney and other paralegals with various tasks and projects
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Document drafting, purchase and sale agreement preparation
- Correspond with buyers and sellers to guide them through the closing process.
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendar
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Prepare closing packages for appointments
- Assist in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Open new files, collect property tax information
- Obtain court filings, case summaries
- Update files, data entry, scanning, mailing, and putting together overnight packages
- Research in the Registry of Deeds
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with legal regulations
- Title examinations, title review, preparation of lender title commitments
- Obtain mortgage payoffs, commission statements, and final utility bills.
The right candidate will have strong clerical skills with attention to detail and have the ability to multi-task, maintain organization, and have a professional attitude. This position requires computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Qualifications
- Degree or relevant paralegal certification preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro
- Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for effective document review and case management.
Schedule
This position is Monday-Friday in the Concord, NH office.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
