Safety & Teamwork: Join a facility that prioritizes safety, employee wellbeing, and collaboration.Shift: Wednesday night, Thursday night, Friday night & E/O Saturday night 8:00pm -8:00am Job Summary: To set up, make ready, operate and maintain web offset printing press.Basic Qualifications:Monitor/Assess performance of yourself and others to make improvements or take corrective actions to produce quality work in a fast paced environment.The ability to use logical and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.The ability to train and develop others.Must possess strong organizational skills.Must possess a mechanical aptitude.The ability to troubleshoot.Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations.Must work well with others.Must be flexible and open to change when needed.Able to follow instructions and make decisions.Willing to work overtime when needed.The ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED.Must have some printing experience.Minimum 1-year Press Room experience.Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions.Must possess a mechanical aptitude.The ability to use logical and reason to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to a problem.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Prolonged periods of standing while setting up and operating equipment.Continuously bending, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
