Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rate: Starting at $16/hr. Increases with experience
- Schedule: 12-Hr shifts (6am-6pm)

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct daily care to residents according to established care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Help with resident transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
- Measure and document vital signs, food intake, and fluid output.
- Maintain clean and orderly resident environments.
- Report clinical changes in resident status to the charge nurse immediately.

Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check (legal requirement for SNFs).
- Drug Test: Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
