We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives on problem-solving, building strong relationships, and delivering successful projects on time and on budget.
What You’ll Do
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Oversee project buyout, change orders, and financial performance
- Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure quality and safety
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
- Drive successful project closeout and client satisfaction
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Proficiency with construction and project management software (e.g., Procore, Sage, MS Project, Office Suite)
- Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications

- Start your day reviewing project updates, schedules, and priorities with your Superintendent and field team
- Connect with subcontractors, clients, and design partners to keep work moving forward and resolve challenges
- Lead or participate in project meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability
- Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders to keep documentation accurate and projects on track
- Monitor budgets, track costs, and forecast financial performance
- Visit the jobsite to check progress, reinforce safety standards, and support your team
- Problem-solve in real time—anticipating issues before they impact schedule or cost
- Wrap up the day aligning next steps and ensuring the team is set up for success tomorrow
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
