We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives on problem-solving, building strong relationships, and delivering successful projects on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of commercial construction projects
  • Manage contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Oversee project buyout, change orders, and financial performance
  • Partner with Superintendents and field teams to ensure quality and safety
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Drive successful project closeout and client satisfaction

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–10 years of commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
  • Proficiency with construction and project management software (e.g., Procore, Sage, MS Project, Office Suite)
  • Ability to interpret contracts, drawings, and specifications

A Day in the Life

No two days are the same—but here’s a snapshot of what you can expect:

  • Start your day reviewing project updates, schedules, and priorities with your Superintendent and field team
  • Connect with subcontractors, clients, and design partners to keep work moving forward and resolve challenges
  • Lead or participate in project meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability
  • Review RFIs, submittals, and change orders to keep documentation accurate and projects on track
  • Monitor budgets, track costs, and forecast financial performance
  • Visit the jobsite to check progress, reinforce safety standards, and support your team
  • Problem-solve in real time—anticipating issues before they impact schedule or cost
  • Wrap up the day aligning next steps and ensuring the team is set up for success tomorrow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
