Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans across inpatient outpatient and swing bed settings This role offers a diverse caseload and strong collaboration with an interdisciplinary team

Schedule

·       Full-time Monday through Friday

·       8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

·       Possible weekend coverage as needed

What You Will Do

·       Provide physical therapy services across inpatient outpatient and swing bed settings

·       Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care

·       Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions

·       Educate patients and families and support discharge planning

·       Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and therapy team

·       Document care accurately and timely

What We Are Looking For

·       Current Michigan Physical Therapist license

·       Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

·       CPR certification or ability to obtain

·       Strong communication and patient-centered care skills

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team
