SKILLED TRADESMAN WANTED — Hardscapes, Carpentry & Equipment | Culpeper, VA
Sherbeyn's Outdoor Living & Construction — 30 years building custom outdoor living spaces, decks, and homes across North Central Virginia.
We need an experienced hand who can do it all: lay hardscapes to grade, frame a deck right, run a skid steer or mini-excavator, and lead a small crew without being told twice. If you're tired of being just another laborer and want real responsibility (and real pay to match), this is for you.
Pay: $25–$35/hr based on experience — not entry level, not looking for entry-level applicants.
✅ 5 years hands-on trade experience
✅ Comfortable running compact equipment
✅ Can read a plan and lead a small team
✅ Reliable, own basic hand tools
