The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Supervise daily Front Desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; handle escalated issues and special requests.
- Authorize guest refunds in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Director, ensuring compliance with hotel policies.
- Train, coach, and support Front Desk team members. Provide ongoing performance feedback and assist in scheduling.
- Cover front desk shifts when a team member is absent or unable to report for duty, maintaining smooth operations.
- Among other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of front desk experience in a hotel environment required. Marriott, Hilton or Hyatt experience, preferred.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
- Proficiency in property management systems preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), preferred.
Schedule:
Rotating shifts including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
