We are HIRING! Sheraton Suites in Columbus, OH is seeking a high-energy Group Sales Manager to join our sales efforts at this amazing hotel.
Duties include:
- Actively calling on assigned market segments, providing exceptional customer service, and drive overall hotel performance.
- Cultivates relationships within market segments with key community members and influencers to provide a strong positive image of the hotel and drive financial return.
- Negotiate and close sales while meeting/exceeding sales targets. Impress customers with tailored proposals, quality, and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner.
- Implements the hotel’s marketing plan to achieve departmental goals.
- Works Closely with the Director of Sales and management throughout the hotel and Company.
- Completes all reporting by the required deadline.
Requirements:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Be results-driven and have a positive attitude.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Previous hotel sales experience.
- Marriott hotel experience is preferred

- Meet/Exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
