Summary
We’ve partnered with Brewery X, an Independent & Craft brewery based in Anaheim with deep roots in San Diego. This will be the first location in San Diego. A Brewery X Busser assists in maintaining cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities include clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and ensuring a tidy dining environment. Bussers may also assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering food, and providing excellent customer service. Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
The hourly rate for this position is $18.75.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Assist service staff in providing efficient and timely food service to guests.
- Ensure tables are pre-set for dining and cleared promptly for the next course.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with all staff to better serve guests and support team operations.
- Monitor guests’ dining experiences and respond promptly to their needs.
- Be knowledgeable about menu items and dietary restrictions.
- Complete opening, closing, and side work, including setting up food carts and stations.
- Follow all safety, security, and operational standards and procedures.
- Adhere to attendance and reliability standards, working flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends.
