Duties

- Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, banquets, and quick service areas.
- Oversee menu development in collaboration with chefs, ensuring offerings are innovative, appealing, and aligned with market trends.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork and excellence in service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive guest experiences across the hotel or venue.
Skills
- Proven experience in team management within the hospitality industry.
