Job Summary
The Director of Food and Beverage is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations within the establishment. This position requires a dynamic individual with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. The Director will lead a team of culinary and service professionals, ensuring that all offerings meet the highest standards of quality, presentation, and service.

Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Manage daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, banquets, and quick service areas.
  • Oversee menu development in collaboration with chefs, ensuring offerings are innovative, appealing, and aligned with market trends.
  • Train, mentor, and develop staff to foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork and excellence in service.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Analyze financial reports to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create cohesive guest experiences across the hotel or venue.

Skills

  • Proven experience in team management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong training development skills to cultivate talent within the food and beverage team.
  • Background in hospitality management with experience in hotel settings or restaurants.
  • Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
  • Experience as a cook or in banquet services is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar role in food and beverage settings is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
