Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess excellent guest service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front office operations including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for management
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage room inventory and availability
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong guest service orientation with excellent phone etiquette
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hospitality management software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management practices
