Looking for a Club lounge attendant that has superior customer service skills. We are looking for Extremely motivated individuals willing to go above and beyond his duties to exceed customer expectations. The lounge attendant is very detail-oriented, always ensuring that his work meets hotel standards. Works well with others, serving as a valued team player and has the ability to anticipate the needs of guests, working to satisfy requests before they’ve even been made.
Responsibilities
Hours are for AM shift. The lounge attendant is tasked with responding to the requests of all guests in his assigned area. Provides all guests with his undivided attention, to allow him to provide the best possible service. Ensuring the club lounge is properly maintained at all times is their responsibility. They stock all the self-service areas, cleans up after guests, assists with food service preparation, sets the area up for service and more. They keep the lounge running smoothly and do their best to make sure all guests leave satisfied.
Working Conditions
As a member of the hospitality industry, the lounge attendant must be willing to weekends and holidays, as these are often the hotel’s busiest periods. They must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and willing to take on extra shifts if requested by management. It’s important to be able to work well in a high-pressure environment, as some guests may be very demanding
