Banquet Set-up

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. 1. Complete all work assignments and follow all instructions directed by the supervisor or shift leader.
   2. Set up and clean all meeting and meal function rooms in accordance with company and hotel specifications.
   3. Freshen all meeting rooms during meal breaks by changing cloths if necessary, refilling candy jars, replacing water glasses, refilling water pitchers and removing garbage from meeting areas and break tables.
   4. Assist with meal service and breakdown as needed.
   5. Perform other related duties as required.
   6. Stand and walk for long periods of time.
   7. Lift and carry items like tables, trays of dishes and chairs.
   8. Assist with turning over banquet rooms from one group to another.
   9. Complete other duties as assigned by the banquet captain and/or management.

Work Schedule: Hours scheduled will vary week to week and will be scheduled between Monday-Sunday. Flexibility on days, evenings and weekends is a must. Holidays are required, as is some overtime as needed.
