· Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on complex issues.
· Drafting a variety of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, wills, and briefs.
· Managing custody cases, including initial custody complaints and petitions to modify custody through the trial level.
· Representing clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
· Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance, and build trusting relationships.
· Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
· 1-3 years of litigation or general practice experience preferred, but highly motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
· Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with high attention to detail and familiarity with legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills for effective client and court interactions.
