Sheppard is seeking an IP Litigation Associate Attorney (2–6 years) to join our nationally recognized Intellectual Property Practice Group.
This position is open to the Washington, D.C office. This role will support a cross-office Washington, D.C. and Silicon Valley team and will work closely with colleagues across the Firm’s national high-tech patent litigation practice.

Qualifications
- 2–6 years of patent litigation experience
- Meaningful involvement in litigation fundamentals such as motion practice, discovery, and case strategy.
- Strong academic credentials and a technical background; degrees in electrical engineering, computer science, or physics preferred.
- Team-oriented mindset with strong legal analysis, writing, and problem-solving skills.
