Job Summary
The Director of Physical Security will lead the development, implementation, and management of the Firm’s physical security strategy, ensuring the protection of personnel, facilities, and assets. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design and maintain a healthy and secure workplace.

Essential Functions
- Lead security design for real estate buildouts
- Partner with architects and real estate teams on secure facility design
- Maintain and administer access control systems
- Oversee cloud-based CCTV systems
- Manage emergency communication systems
- Develop physical security policies and procedures
- Manage executive protection program
- Conduct onsite threat assessments
- Collaborate with IT on system deployment
- Participate in physical security, general compliance audits, and client security audits
- Create and participate in tabletop exercises
- Build relationships with onsite security teams
- 8 years of physical security management experience
- Experience with access control and CCTV systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Required: Bachelor’s Degree
License and Certification
Preferred: CPP, PSP, CISSP
Work Environment
- Indoor office environment with limited exposure to hazards that are customarily found while working in a high-rise building.
- The current Firm policy is hybrid–working in the office a minimum of 3 days per week and working from home the rest of the week (subject to change).
- Overtime may be required as the job duties demand.
