Responsibilities
- Perform windshield and auto glass replacements.
- Perform ADAS recalibration when trained and qualified.
- Inspect vehicles before and after glass replacement and complete pre and post inspection form.
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure proper installation, fit, and sealing of glass.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior auto glass experience or experience in a skilled trade.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift and handle glass safely.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
