What to expect.

This role offers rich, entry level, experience in special education if your goals include careers like special education teacher, registered behavior technician (RBT), or board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Starting pay rate: $18.50/hour.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Supporting the teacher as a paraprofessional educator and/or working with assigned student as a 1:1 dedicated aide.
- Supporting Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives by documenting student progress and providing additional instruction and structure.
- Providing educational and adaptive behavior support.
- Providing behavior intervention and treatment.
- Opportunities for leading classroom activities.
