Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead the HR technology strategy and multi-year HRIS roadmap.
- Oversee HRIS administration, optimization, upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
- Serve as principal HR technology advisor to HR and executive leadership.
- Direct enterprise HRIS projects and vendor relationships.
- Establish data governance standards, security protocols, audits, and compliance controls.
- Oversee reporting, dashboards, workforce analytics, and executive reporting.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, automation, and user experience.
- Lead testing, change management, communications, and adoption efforts related to system enhancements.
- Serve as executive owner of the UKG Pro platform strategy and optimization efforts.
- Supervise HRIS staff and support professional development and performance management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of progressive HRIS and HR technology experience with 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong project management, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading complex HR technology implementations and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Specific experience with UKG Pro (formerly UltiPro), including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Reporting and Business Intelligence modules, is strongly preferred.
Salary : $141,676 - $233,478
