General Summary:
- The Director of Infrastructure and Project Management is responsible for the management and execution of projects related to facilities, construction, and renovation.
- This role collaborates with internal stakeholders (finance, real estate, end users) and external partners (contractors, permitting bodies) to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
- The director is responsible for budget oversight, on-time and on-budget delivery, strategic planning, and staff leadership.
- Will require travel to other sites as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Requires bachelor’s or advanced degree in business administration, engineering, public health, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Seven to nine years of progressive experience in hospital/healthcare facilities or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
- Experience with AutoCAD preferred.
- Knowledge of building design, construction, and maintenance required.
- Work requires strong interpersonal skills to direct staff, conduct investigations and problem resolution, and represent Sheppard Pratt to a variety of contractors and agencies.

The pay range for this position is $106,455.86 minimum to $175,419.71 maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
