The Box Truck Helper is a key position on the Millwork team & is
responsible for helping build orders, load trucks & deliver millwork
materials. The position works closely with all members of the Millwork
department, & provides key support to Millwork drivers & all internal &
external customers. Position Responsibilities: Responsibilities include
the following, but are not limited to: Assist in smooth & safe delivery
of Millwork materials. Load & unload Millwork trucks at the warehouse &
on jobsites. Handle & package materials with care & without damage.
Provide excellent customer service & represent the company well at
jobsites & on the road. Work as a member of the Millwork team, helping
Warehouse Associates, Load builders, Dispatch, Drivers, & others. Keep a
clean & safe warehouse. Put stock away. Have a knowledge of the product
& understanding of how to store & handle it. Prioritize safety
requirements & processes. Qualifications: Excellent customer service
skills. Ability to work both with a team & independently. Strong simple
math skills. Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions.
