About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Supports Service Professional (SSP), you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on assistance to help her thrive at home and in the community. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care, healthcare routines, and communication (tablet)
- Supporting skill-building for independent living and community participation
- Providing guidance through physical assistance, instruction, modeling, and positive reinforcement
- Ability to lift up to 155 lbs for transfers (e.g., chair to mat, bathtub)

Schedule Options
- Day shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Weekends only)
