Assistant Cake Decorator
Duties:
- Create and decorate cakes and cupcakes according to customer requests and specifications
- Use various techniques and tools to design and decorate cakes
- Collaborate with the bakery team to coordinate orders for events and special occasions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of decorating supplies and equipment
- Keep up-to-date with current decorating trends and techniques
Skills:
- Previous experience as a decorator in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong artistic skills with the ability to create visually appealing designs
- Knowledge of different types of icing, fondant, and other cake decorating materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
