This is a full-time remote role for a System Administrator. The System Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems and networks. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, providing technical support, optimizing configurations, and implementing security protocols to ensure the integrity of system architecture. The role also involves identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure optimal system performance and uptime.
- Strong expertise in System Administration and proficiency in managing operating systems
- Experience with Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve system and end-user issues
- Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration and maintenance
- Knowledge of Information Technology concepts, tools, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
- Experience in cybersecurity and cloud solutions is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certifications, or similar are advantageous
