What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Unarmed Security Guard for Roving post - Nothern position at Shepherd Security?
Shepherd Security is a private security organization that has provided exceptional safety and security services to our partners across the Phoenix valley for over 15 years. We are offering an immediate job opportunity.
This role will include roving to multiple retail businesses, and collaborating closely with a nonprofit organization, in a community building effort.
Expectations
- Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and maintain logs of daily activities
- Consistent/ clear messaging to all trespassers regarding the footprint of enforcement and the actions that will be taken if they should return
- Ongoing reports to directly to client of any environmental concern that is/could attract time. Including hot spots for vagrancy
- Enforcing 'no trespassing' on side walks (warning/calling PD) if individuals move onto sidewalks in rebellion to being trespassed
- Need to be able to track trespasses/individuals for future reference
- Tracking/reporting of # of inspections, # of trespasses, Property Alert Notifications, # of times PD was called
- Attending property meetings as requested
- Collaborating with the clients partners – Vigilant Towing, Koro Cameras, Phoenix PD

Qualifications:
- Possess a valid AZ Guard Card
- Own a smartphone
- Have a valid Driver's License
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Have a clean 3 yr Arizona driving record and provide proof before being hired.
