Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their vehicle needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Stay knowledgeable on our inventory of new Chevrolet and GMC vehicles as well as used cars
- Conduct test drives and walk customers through financing and purchase options
- Follow up with leads, phone calls, and digital communications
- Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond
Experience:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus — but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
