- Identify various plants, trees, and horticultural elements to ensure proper care and placement within landscape designs.
- Operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and effectively, including mowers, trimmers, and hardscape tools.
- Manage crew schedules, assign tasks, and provide leadership to motivate team members for optimal productivity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor work environments with a focus on landscaping or grounds maintenance.
- Supervising experience leading teams in landscape or construction projects.
