Summary
The C-Store and Diner Coordinator will be responsible for learning all aspects of being a Diner Manager and Store Manager with the goal of filling in for any position that is unavailable for any reason. Therefore, this person will spend time working at all our locations. To be successful as a C-Store and Diner Coordinator, you should be able to implement measures to minimize costs and improve profitability, contribute to the professional development of staff, be responsible for modeling top notch customer service and training and supervising other employees in this area as well.

Assist in opening and closing the store and diner locations
Daily location oversite
Assist in training new employees.
Have the ability to perform duties of store and diner employees and do so on a weekly basis

Complete daily store paperwork as needed
Investigate and resolve customer complaints as needed
Establish standards for personnel and customer service
Assist in receiving store deliveries
Assist with identifying challenges and providing solutions

Offer daily leadership and communication with subordinates
Ensure a high level of sanitation and cleanliness
Understand all information in the daily reporting of store operations

Not afraid to work alongside co-workers completing daily tasks
Education and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must obtain/maintain alcohol license
Previous experience as a manager in the c-store industry required

Physically capable of fulfilling all requirements, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

Full-time position that requires availability evenings and weekends.
Expected work week of approximately 45 hours with occasional times of more hours worked.
Position will base out of the Blackwell, OK area (May also be in the Alva, OK, Stillwater, OK or Anthony, KS area)
Travel between all locations will be required.
