About the Role
Shepherd of the Valley Rehabilitation and Wellness in Casper, WY is hiring a Registered Nurse to lead and provide quality nursing care to residents. This 192-bed skilled nursing facility offers both long-term care and short-term rehabilitation services. As an RN, you will oversee clinical staff, ensure care plans are followed, and support a high standard of care in a collaborative environment.

Supervise and deliver nursing care in accordance with care plans
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to providers
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and support staff
Qualifications
Current RN license in Wyoming
New grad? We’ll train you!
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
