Position Summary
The Busser will assist the wait staff by efficiently clearing tables, resetting them, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant and dinner theater. The Busser is responsible for ensuring the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming to all guests, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
Essential Functions

• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently to prepare for the next guests.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to the tables as needed.
• Sweep and mop dining area floors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Remove dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils from tables and transport them to the kitchen.
• Ensure condiments, napkins, and table settings are replenished and neatly arranged.
• Support the wait staff during peak hours to help expedite service and reduce wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness in all common areas including dining rooms, restrooms, and service stations
• Fill in and provide coverage across restaurant and dinner theater areas as assigned or directed by managers.
• Perform other duties assigned in support of the essential operations.
Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
Required
• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is a plus but not required.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong team player with a willingness to learn.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy.
• Uniform/appearance standards.
Preferred
• Previous experience as a dishwasher within the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.
