If you love being outdoors, and thinking about a change of scenery, Shepherd of the Hills Adventure Park is now hiring for the 2026 Season for all attractions and park activities! Full-time and Part-time available.
We are seeking skilled outdoor professionals, as well as entry-level candidates that have a “can do” attitude, willing to be trained to dive into a variety of job responsibilities.
Ideal candidates must have reliable transportation, be available both day / night shifts, weekends, holidays, and be physically capable of performing demands of the job, must work well in a team environment, have a high degree of self-motivation and enjoy serving others.
The following entry level & lead level positions, both full-time and part-time seasonal, are available:
- Vigilante Extreme ZipRider
- SkyTrek Ropes Course / Challenge Course
- Copperhead Mountain Coaster
- Adventure Park Hosts / Guest Relations
- Park Activity Operators
- Night Walk Trail Guides
- Trail of Lights attendants
- Zipline Canopy Guides

Qualifications:Required
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be comfortable working at various heights.
Preferred
- Ability to physically operate each position, lift 50 lbs., and fully walk the length of the track.
- Ability to work in extreme cold or heat and in outdoor conditions.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage conflict in a calm, guest-focused manner.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check in accordance with company policy.
- Previous experience operating rides or attractions, or in a lead/supervisory role preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and efficiently.
- Familiarity with park layout and ability to quickly learn the location of all departments, attractions, and operational facilities.
