Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Hours are typically 8:30am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Days do vary and are flexible. This position starts 1 or 2 days a week. This position is strictly part time great for someone looking to make extra money each week. This can become a full time position with 3-6 months potentially or sooner depending on the individual. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential settings, ensuring that homes are welcoming and well-kept. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for providing high-quality cleaning services.
This position can be 1099-NEC or employee. We can discuss this at an interview and explain how the two are very different.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surface.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences
- Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with any special requests from clients to enhance their living environment
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and janitorial experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience in commercial cleaning is a plus but not required
