What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Solutions Center Representative position at Shepard Exposition Services?

Customer Solutions Center Representatives provide customer service and assistance, often interacting with the customer by phone or using an online platform. This position will process semi-complex requirements, inquiries/complaints, and provide other customer service assistance to internal and external customers as needed.


Essential Job Duties

  • Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and problem resolution; offer product or service recommendations as needed
  • Ensure accuracy of billing and collections; recommend solutions for billing discrepancies
  • Anticipate exhibitor concerns and provide applicable responses
  • Follow-up on standard survey responses
  • Review potential claims to ensure accuracy before escalating to upper management
  • Provide explanations of provided services as needed
  • Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program
  • All other duties as assigned
