Customer Solutions Center Representatives provide customer service and assistance, often interacting with the customer by phone or using an online platform. This position will process semi-complex requirements, inquiries/complaints, and provide other customer service assistance to internal and external customers as needed.
Essential Job Duties
- Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and problem resolution; offer product or service recommendations as needed
- Ensure accuracy of billing and collections; recommend solutions for billing discrepancies
- Anticipate exhibitor concerns and provide applicable responses
- Follow-up on standard survey responses
- Review potential claims to ensure accuracy before escalating to upper management
- Provide explanations of provided services as needed
- Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program
- All other duties as assigned
