Shentel is hiring a Part-Time Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Radford, VA Store. We are looking for a customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over the phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

We offer a great work environment and competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities:

• Flexible schedule of 20 to 30 hours a week
• Normal business hours, no nights
• Closed Sundays, may work one Saturday a month

Must Have:

• Reputation for working in a dynamic, fun environment
• Your high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience
