Are you the person who makes every room more fun? We're looking for outgoing, high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) people to run birthday parties at Shenaniganz — and make them the kind of day a kid talks about for a month.

What You'll Do
As a Birthday Party Coordinator, you're the one who makes the celebration run.
- Book and schedule. Work with families to lock in party dates and details, and make the planning part easy for them.
- Hourly PLUS commission. You earn on the parties you book and the add-ons you sell — bigger packages mean bigger payouts.
- Run the party. Handle setup through send-off, keeping the timeline on track — bowling, food, cake, gifts.
- Take care of the guests. Learn what each family wants, answer questions, and handle special requests and last-minute changes.
- Bring ideas. Suggest themes, decorations, and activities that make each party feel different from the last.
- Work with the team. Coordinate with kitchen, front desk, and floor staff so every piece lands on time.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English and Spanish — required. A large share of our party guests are Spanish-speaking families, and you'll be booking, hosting, and problem-solving in both languages.
- Event or customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you
- Strong communication skills and comfort talking to kids and adults alike
- Ability to juggle several things at once and stay organized when it gets busy
- Someone who wants to give families a great day
- Evening and weekend availability
