This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Back-up Finance/Sales Consultant, based at Shenango Honda in Hermitage, PA. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, understanding their financial needs, and presenting tailored financing and leasing options. The role also involves completing necessary documentation accurately, following up with customers post-sale, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the car-buying process. Additionally, you will serve as a backup for the primary finance manager, stepping into that role as needed to support the team and maintain operations seamlessly.
- Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
- Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing, with experience in preparing and processing financial documentation.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities to present financing options and close sales effectively.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing paperwork and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
