Compensation
- Guaranteed salary: $70,000–$100,000 per year
- Compensation is based on experience, skill, and ability
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- Prepare gravel foundations for storage sheds and portable buildings
- Grade and level sites for proper installation
- Ensure proper drainage and water management
- Operate equipment and complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship on every job
- 10 years of experience in groundwork, grading, excavation, or similar site preparation work
- Strong understanding of grading, drainage, and directing water away from structures
- Excellent attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
