About the Role
As a Personal Care Aide, you'll provide daily care and companionship to our residents, ensuring their needs are met in accordance with individualized care plans. Medication administration training is provided by the facility—no prior experience is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following training provided by the facility.
- Support residents during mealtimes and help ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while fostering meaningful relationships with residents.
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
