Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests during complimentary breakfast buffet service. This position requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Determine the quantities of foods to be prepared based on hotel occupancy
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet area with variety of breakfast foods and coffee
- Ensure all food items are presented attractively and adhere to food safety standards.
- Ensure that depleted food items during the hours of breakfast are replenished as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning all breakfast area surfaces.
- Post breakfast cleaning of dining area, buffet area and kitchen
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, restocking as necessary.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, including roles such as host/host, server, or barista.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety protocols is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of the team
- Must possess basic culinary skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.70 - $16.00 per hour
